Refund policy

 

• Returns are accepted for store credit only!
• All returns must be returned in 21 days from purchase.
• Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned.
• HOLIDAY items are FINAL SALE (This includes 4th of July, Memorial Day, Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.)
• Swimwear is FINAL SALE
• All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box (if came in one) and placed inside an additional protective shipping box.
• ALL Graphic items are made to order, therefore they are FINAL SALE
• Return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer, unless the item is damaged, then She Is Boutique would pay for the returned shipping.
